Charlie’s practice spans all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing. He represents a variety of clients, such as investment managers, strategic funds, international corporations and regional investors. Charlie’s experience ranges across all asset classes, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, agricultural and hotel and resort properties.
Charlie also has in-depth experience in complex land use and development issues. He spent the early part of his real estate career in land use, which affords him a well-rounded perspective not shared by many of his peers, and also a reasoned approach to transactional diligence and development issues. Charlie’s experience allows him to approach real estate transactions in a practical way and with a depth of understanding to guide clients to their best outcomes.
