Dana Fidazzo

Managing Partner

Dana is the founder and Managing Partner of Fidazzo Cohen. She has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. She represents a diverse group of clients in the acquisition and disposition of all asset classes, as well as operational matters such as management and leasing. Dana also has in-depth experience in development matters, including ground-up construction and redevelopment of existing properties. She has a unique specialty in hospitality matters, representing some of the most well-known developers and managers in the country in the development, operation, management, purchase and sale of hotels.

Dana also has extensive finance and commercial mortgage-backed securities experience. She represents borrowers in connection with acquisition and construction finance as well as loan modifications and work-outs. Her expertise also includes representation of buyers of defaulted loans and distressed real estate from lenders and special servicers.

Dana started her career at Hogan Lovells. Prior to founding FidazzoCohen, Dana was a partner in Venable LLP’s real estate group, where she worked for almost 12 years.
