Nichole has over ten years of experience advising clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters spanning all asset classes. Her national and international clients include investment management firms, owners, developers and hospitality companies. Nichole has in-depth expertise in the commercial mortgage-backed securities space, counseling purchasers and borrowers step-by-step through the acquisition and restructuring of defaulted loans, the acquisition of REO properties and the implementation of redevelopment and stabilization strategies for distressed properties. Nichole also has extensive experience representing owners and managers in hospitality matters. Her diverse practice also includes financing, acquisition and disposition, leasing and management matters on single-asset and portfolio bases.
Nichole was Counsel in the nationally-recognized real estate group at Venable LLP, where she worked for nearly ten years, prior to joining FidazzoCohen.
